Due to the rise in postage the City of Cologne has decided to go paperless with all auto-pay customers. You will receive your statement via e-mail. If you do not have an e-mail on file with the City please e-mail Jenna at jennam@colognemn.com to get an e-mail added to your account.
PSN customers: we urge you to sign up for paperless billing as well. You can do this through the PSN website or you may directly e-mail Jenna at jennam@colognemn.com and she will get your account up to date.
