Door-to-door sales people are REQUIRED to have a Peddler’s License from City Hall before going door-to-door.
The ONLY company licensed to be selling in Cologne at the moment is Comcast. No other companies have applied for a license.
If you have a sales representative come to your door, please ask them kindly to see their Peddler’s License from City Hall.
